Employers: Because many plans operate on a calendar year, we wanted to offer a few suggestions to ensure that your plan is kept  up-to-date and in compliance. If there has been any of the following changes in your plan and you have not informed us, please contact Valerie Givens before your plan renewal date:

*Addition or deletion of any insurance product

* Change in insurance providers

*Change in Unreimbursed Medical election caps

*Change in designated Plan Administrator 

*Change in eligibility requirements

Upon receipt of this information we will update your Plan Document and Summary Plan Description.  Updates on your Summary Plan Description will need to be forwarded to each participant in your plan. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Participants: If you have not exhausted your Dependent Care or Unreimbursed Medical flexible spending funds for the year, please remember that your expenses must incur prior to the end of your plan year. You will have 60 days after the end of the year to submit your receipts.

If you will be participating in flexible spending for the next plan year, please remember that before submitting your receipts to us, make a copy for your records.  This will assist you in determining what claims you have made during the year.  As a participant, it is your responsibility to ensure that claims submitted to us have not or will not be paid by any other third party.

To expedite you claim, please refer to the instructions on the  reverse side of your Request for Reimbursement form to determine what information is necessary to expedite you claim. Request for Reimbursement   forms can be obtain on this web-site under forms.

As we move into our 25th year of service, we wanted to thank you for your continued support. We recognize that much of our growth has come from your referrals.  We appreciate your trust in our abilities and we thank you for your business and friendship. Although the SABC family continues to grow, we are proud that our associates average over 10 years of service. Their dedication to you,  our customer, has been the foundation  for our success, and we thank each of them.  Here's to many more year's together.
