RE-ENROLLMENT TIMEFor plans ending August through December, it is once again time to begin scheduling enrollment dates. Please start looking at your calendars for dates and times that will be convenient for the enrollment. It is usually good to have more than one date in mind in case we are already booked. In preparation of the enrollment, will be need to know if any of the benefits (i.e. insurance products) will be changing. If so, we will need to know the name of the product and the carrier. In addition, if you have any information on the product, please send it to us so that we can determine if it is eligible for pre-taxation under your Cafeteria Plan. Once that information is received and verified, we must amend your plan document and summary plan description to reflect the changes. We will also need updated information on all employees that are eligible to participate in your plan. This information will be used to personalize their election form. We will be in contact with you to determine the best way to receive the updated information. In the meantime, if you need any assistance in locating particular products or information on benefits you would like to offer, please feel free to contact us. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT STATEMENT Many of customers utilize Employee Benefit Statements to communicate an employees actual compensation.

These personalize statements outline the employees total compensation and benefits package. Including vacation pay, insurance, retirement benefits, sick pay and other often hidden employment cost. REIMBURSEMENT CHECKS Please remember that all reimbursement checks should be cashed within 30 days of issue. If a check has been lost in the mail or misplaced, please contact us immediately. We will forward a check replacement form to be signed and notarized. There is a two (2) week waiting period before a stop payment can be made and a replacement check issued in most instances.
